Richard Miles, Coordinator of Nutrition and Wellness for Red Apple Dining within Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) has been named recipient of the Silver Spirit Award, an honor in the 2021 FAME Awards (Foodservice Achievement Management Excellence) for school nutrition professionals. 

For more than 30 years, FAME Awards have recognized outstanding heroes in K-12 foodservice and school nutrition professionals who raise industry standards by tackling challenges and making a difference within their school districts and communities. 

Mr. Miles has been part of the Red Apple Dining team for more than 10 years, constantly striving to exceed expectations and fulfill our mission – “to nourish and enrich the lives of our guests through an exceptional dining experience.”
